Tattoo removal at The Advanced Skin Clinic

If you have an unwanted tattoo that you would like to be removed, we have two options for you:

  1. Laser Removal
  2. Rejuvi Non-Laser Removal

These days, many people have tattoos - they are far more popular than ever before. Sometimes, however, the need arises to have an unwanted tattoo removed.
Maybe you have a visible tattoo that you feel is holding back your career, or perhaps you have the name of an ex-partner that is causing distress. There are many reasons to have a removal, and thankfully, there are also many reasons to have your tattoo removed by The Advanced Skin Clinic.

Laser

Using an Nd:Yag laser to remove an unwanted tattoo is considered the gold standard for removal treatments, giving reliable results with very little risk of side-effects.
Lynton Paragon Systems use an Nd:Yag laser which produces a high-powered beam of laser light that is fired onto the tattoo in an extremely short pulse.
The laser light is absorbed by the tattoo ink particles and not by the surrounding skin.
The laser breaks down the tattoo particles so that your bodies defences are able to absorb and disperse the ink. This happens after each treatment, resulting in a gradual fading of the tattoo. Blue, black, red, and orange colours can usually be treated successfully.

Rejuvi Non-Laser Tattoo Removal

Rejuvi tattoo removal utilises a specially designed inorganic chemical remover which is applied in the same method as the original tattoo (although we use a special Micropigmentation machine). It's designed to draw the tattoo pigment out of the skin, removing the unwanted tattoo.

Rejuvi tattoo remover can only be applied by an experienced tattoo or micro-pigmentation artist, it is not suitable for home tattoo removal use, it is not a DIY fade product.

A body tattoo can be removed on average in around three to four treatments*, while permanent makeup can usually be removed in a single treatment* e-raze tattoo removal is equally effective on all tattoo colours and is effective on both professionally applied and most home made tattoos.

Tattoo removal Treatments are spaced at 8-12 week intervals and larger tattoos may have to be divided into sections for subsequent treatment.

* Results may vary depending on aftercare and tattoo site.
